1. Customized Products

Most products provided by JIEKE LLC are personalized, custom-designed, or created according to customer specifications.

Due to the customized nature of these products, returns or exchanges generally cannot be accepted for items that have been produced according to the customer's approved design and requirements.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all customization details, including:

  • Names

  • Text

  • Dates

  • Artwork

  • Design specifications

  • Other personalization information

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by our production process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After evaluation, JIEKE LLC may provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

3. Incorrect Customer Information

If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with requested changes.

4. Order Cancellation

Because customized products require preparation and production planning, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the personalized nature of the product.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's payment provider or financial institution.
