All orders are initiated through direct communication (email) and finalized via customized business contracts, proforma invoices, and verified business payment links.

3. Special Terms for Customized Orders:

• Shipping & Delivery: As all items on Forge & Patina are bespoke and handcrafted, production lead times vary based on the project's complexity and queue. Specific shipping methods, tracking details, and guaranteed delivery timelines will be calculated and provided individually within each formal corporate invoice or service agreement.

• Returns & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our customized metal crafts and engraved goods, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds once production has commenced on a custom commission, unless the item arrives severely damaged due to transit. In cases of shipping damage, photographic proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customs Info and Charges: For international shipments outside the United States, clients are fully responsible for any local customs clearances, import tariffs, brokerage fees, or related taxes imposed by their respective country's border and customs authorities. JIEKE LLC holds no liability for customs delays or unpaid import duties.
